Sandeep Sundriyal
About the Faculty
Dr Sundriyal pursued his doctoral degree in medicinal chemistry from NIPER, Mohali (2004-2008) under the supervision of Prof. P. V. Bharatam. Later, Dr. Sundriyal worked at various international institutes as a postdoctoral research associate including Baylor College of Medicine, Texas A&M Health Science Centre and Imperial College London.
He received several honours/awards including ‘2009 Eli Lilly Asia Outstanding Thesis Award’ and prestigious “Marie Curie International Incoming Fellowship” (MC-IIF, 2013-2015). Dr. Sundriyal has several publications in peer reviewed journals and has presented his research work in many national and international conferences.
Dr. Sundriyal joined the Department of pharmacy, BITS, Pilani in January 2018. His research interests include computer-aided design and synthesis of novel antimicrobial, antiparasitic and anticancer agents.
