L. Rajya Lakshmi received B.Tech. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from National Institute of Technology Warangal, India, M.Tech. degree in Computer Science and Technology from Jawaharlal Nehru University New Delhi, India and Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, India. Her research interests are handover, routing, scheduling and call admission control techniques in wireless networks.
