Rajan Pandey

Hello and welcome to my website! I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics and Finance pursuing my teaching and research interests. Before entering academia, I had an opportunity to work at J P Morgan Chase Bank, where I was associated with the Mutual Funds division. This experience provided invaluable insights into the financial industry and ignited my passion to devote full time to teaching and research. I earned PhD in Finance from BITS, Pilani and have taught undergraduate and postgraduate students specialised courses in Finance, such as Corporate Finance, Risk Management, Investment Analysis and Valuation, and Financial Accounting. I have a keen research interest in Market Efficiency, IPO Under-pricing, Evaluating Sustainable Businesses, and ESG-related issues.
