Upendra Mohan Bhatt

Dr. Upendra Mohan Bhatt did his Ph.D. in Microelectronics and VLSI from the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, Uttarakhand, India. He has been offered a Post-Doctoral research fellowship by the Institute of Computer Architecture and Computer Engineering, Semiconductor Test and Reliability, University of Stuttgart, Germany. He has worked as a Co-Op with Applied Materials Inc., Gloucester, Massachusetts (MA), USA. His key publications include three research publications in IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices and a conference paper in Solid State Device and Materials (SSDM) International Conference held at the University of Tokyo, Japan.

His broad research interests include Microelectronic Devices and Circuits, Analog and Digital VLSI Design, Semiconductor Memories, 3D NAND Flash Memories, and Modern VLSI Devices and Circuits.
