Energy Efficient Traffic Scheduling, Green Communications in Broadband Wireless Networks (4G and 5G)

Prashant Wali received the B.E. degree in electronics and communication from the PDA College of Engineering, Gulbarga, in 2000 and the master’s degree from the Department of Electrical Communication Engineering, Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru, India, in 2008 under the Quality Improvement Program (QIP) and PhD from International Institute of Information Technology-Bangalore in 2017. His thesis was on Energy Efficient Medium Access Control Algorithms for LTE-Advanced. His research areas of interest lie in Green Communications in Broadband Wireless Networks -- Energy EfficientScheduling in LTE-Advanced/5G, Internet of Things and Energy Efficient Network Access in LTE-Advanced/5G.  He has over 10+ years of teaching experience.
