Manish Gupta

About the Faculty

Manish Gupta is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Birla Institute of Technology and Science Pilani, K K Birla Goa campus, Goa, India. He worked at National Taiwan University and National Central University in Taiwan Taiwan. He received his PhD in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Indore in 2019. His research interests include Ferroelectric FET, Volatile and Non-Volatile Memories, Emerging SOI Transistors, Biosensors and CMOS Technology.
