This paper presents a novel approach to phototherapy for oral cancer using hypoxia-reversing photothermal and photodynamic nanoparticles integrated into an in situ gel. The gel, loaded with nanoparticles, is designed to address the challenge of hypoxia, a common condition in tumors that limits the effectiveness of traditional phototherapy.
