The goal of this project is to create an innovative and cost-effective Federated Learning Empowered Digital Twin Framework specifically designed for Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) purposes, focusing on the roads and bridges constructed under the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY).
