A novel approach was used to develop resistive switching memories on a flexible substrate by utilizing multiple nano-filaments. These memories were implemented through the self-assembly of doped metal oxides and perovskites. This innovative technique offers the advantage of higher flexibility and efficiency compared to traditional memory technologies.
