In this research project, our focus was on the design, synthesis, pharmacokinetic evaluation, and pharmacodynamic assessment of acridine and its related moieties with the ultimate objective of developing potential therapeutic options for Alzheimer’s Disease. This multidisciplinary approach aimed to explore the effectiveness of these compounds in targeting specific pathways associated with the disease progression, with the hope of identifying new treatment strategies that could provide relief and improved outcomes for individuals affected by Alzheimer’s Disease. Through rigorous testing and evaluation, our goal was to contribute valuable insights to the field of pharmacology and neuroscience, moving one step closer towards finding a viable solution for this debilitating condition.
